Owner Joshua Pauley has been working on vehicles for as long as he can remember. From early hands‑on experience to over 20 years in the automotive industry, Joshua brings deep technical knowledge and a genuine passion for the trade. With experience working for major manufacturers and independent shops, along with formal education from Madison Area Technical College, he built Top Tier Automotive to reflect the values he believes in — quality workmanship, transparency, and respect for every customer who walks through the door.
